Patient counselling
The part of the job where a medicine either gets taken correctly or it does not. Mostly a communication problem.
Health communication
Translating clinical data into something a patient, a prescriber, or a policy reader can act on.
Independent research
Building and validating measures for effects that patients report but the literature has been slow to capture.
